I love the ambiance in this coffee shop. It's easy to sit and get all the cafe goodies. There's lots to see around this cafe once you're done but I love sitting here and working for awhile. The quality is great.

Such a cute cafe. Came here as part of our food tour. Parking is easy inside a parking garage. They don't have servers. You order up in the front and get a buzzer to pick up the food. We ordered: - BACON CLUB PANINI: bacon, turkey, avocado, baby gems lettuce, cheddar cheese, tomato, garlic aioli - good - EMPANADITAS: gluten-free artisan handmade four venezuelan fried mini empanadas, two ground beef & two fresh white cheese. Comes with 3 sauces. These taste like cornbread empanadas. The beef ones are very good. Cheese was ok. - COUPA BURGER: angus beef, caramelized onions, bacon, romaine lettuce, cheddar cheese, tomato, side of fries - good sturdy burger. Love the pile of caramelized onions. Stacked with bacon. They don't skimp. - BREAKFAST CREPE: scrambled eggs with gallic mushrooms, avocado, Gouda cheese, and guasacaca. - my favorite dish. Super garlicky! Garlic fans will love this dish! - CARAMEL MACCHIATO: love the strong coffee flavors, but should the drink be a little sweeter with caramel flavor as I didn't taste that? - SPICY MAYA MOCHA: didn't taste this, but seems to be one of my cousin's go to. Good atmosphere. We were lucky to get there right before the crowd. The place was packed! Definitely will be back.

I'm happy to say Coupa has really improved their service. Love coming here for healthy food, meeting with friends or work colleagues, and the maya hot chocolate. Would love to see this open even later on weekdays. The ambiance is definitely still very much a locals scene. For us locals, it feels like home. Pro tip: Try the maya hot chocolate

Delicious omelet with onions, mushrooms and tomatoes . I also enjoyed a Tiger Chai, flavorful and not too sweet witb a creative design on the foam. I sat in the back of the cafe, it's quieter, there's plenty of action going on in the front. I enjoyed a nice peaceful breakfast with the sun coming through the sunroof
